AIG/CID Gilgit-Baltistan Tender for Supply of Two/Four-Wheeler Spare Parts – Closing 2026-08-31

Office of the AIG/CID Gilgit-Baltistan, Gilgit invites sealed tenders from reputed registered government firms, dealers, suppliers or contractors for repair, maintenance and supply of spare parts for two- and four-wheeler vehicles for AIG/CID GB for the financial year 2026-27.

Eligibility & Requirements: Firms/suppliers/contractors must have their own complete setup (shop/workshop), technical staff and relevant past experience. The contractor/supplier must be a sole proprietor with adequate supplies available in AIG/CID GB and must supply demanded items at AIG/CID GB.

Each bid must be accompanied by the specified call deposit in the shape of a Bank Draft/Pay Order from a scheduled bank in the name of AIG/CID GB. Tenders without the call deposit from a scheduled bank will not be accepted. Only registered firms/dealers/suppliers/contractors will be entertained. Conditional, ambiguous or incomplete bids will be rejected.

Financial & Documentary Conditions: All applicable taxes must be included in the bid price and borne by the bidder. Bank statement for the last 1 year showing available balance (minimum PKR 1,500,000) and registration certificate (and 4 years' relevant experience where indicated) must be attached and duly attested.

How to Obtain & Submit Documents: Interested firms may collect bidding documents from the office of AIG/CID GB on written request on the firm's letterhead on any working day during office hours. Documents must be submitted by the date/time above; submissions will be opened in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
