Issuer: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), Ministry of Information Technology, Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Hire a Project Director to lead the national initiative “Revamping the IT Industry Landscape of Pakistan” to grow the country's IT exports by owning delivery across training, ecosystem building and marketing fronts.

| Minimum Qualification | 16 years of education in IT, Computer Science or Management Sciences discipline from an HEC-recognized university |
| Experience | Minimum 10 years post-qualification in senior managerial roles. At least 5 years’ experience handling project activities in PSDP/ADP/Government projects. Experience in finance, HR/operations, capacity building programs and strategic management required. |
| Role & Responsibilities | Lead training partner selection and program design; build frameworks to help IT companies start, grow and export; drive marketing to position Pakistan as a tech export destination; full authority and accountability for project delivery. |
