Tender: Rehabilitation & Establishment of Transport Complex at GT Road, Peshawar (C&W Mega Projects Division-I)

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department (Mega Projects) Division-I, Peshawar invites electronic bids through the ePAD Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for the rehabilitation and establishment of the Transport Complex at GT Road, Peshawar. Bidding will follow KPPRA PROCUREMENT Rules 2014 (amended). Documents and criteria are available on the C&W website and KPPRA portal.

• Procurement method: ePAD System (Single Stage Two Envelope).
• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-08-25 at the office of the Executive Engineer (Mega Projects) Division-I, Peshawar.
• Bid documents, bidding criteria and instructions may be downloaded from: www.cwd.gkp.pk and www.kppra.org.pk.
• Original Call Deposit Receipts (CDRs) for bid security and other required affidavits must be submitted as specified; CDRs are mandatory for bid security (non-refundable as per terms).
• Hard copy (for record) of the Technical Bid only should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked Technical & Financial Bids (for office record) through courier to the undersigned before the closing time.
• Bidder eligibility: bidders must be registered with relevant authorities, have adequate financial soundness, relevant experience, personnel and equipment as required in the bidding documents.
• Incomplete or late submissions will be rejected; the authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
