E-Tender — Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery (TMO Judbah, Torghar, KP)

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Officer (TMO), Judbah (Torghar), Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Purpose: Procurement and fabrication of solid waste machinery under KPPRA Rules 2014 via EPADS (KP e-procurement portal). Bids invited on single-stage, two-envelope (technical & financial) basis. The chassis for each unit will be supplied by the TMA.

Key submission & eligibility requirements:

- Eligible manufacturers/fabricators/suppliers with NTN, GST and valid/renewed PEC registration and after-sales/service/parts capability in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa may bid.

- Bids must be submitted/uploaded through the EPADS e-procurement portal following the single-stage, two-envelope KPPRA procedure. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM.

- Original bid security in the form of CDR (in favor of TMO Judbah, Torghar) must be sealed and submitted to the TMO office before the closing date and time.

- Prices should include all applicable taxes (income tax, sales tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc.) as per government rules. Delivery to TMA office on FOR/F.O.B. basis as specified; successful bidder to provide operational training to staff.

- Incomplete, conditional, late or manually submitted bids will not be entertained. Purchase orders subject to release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids in accordance with KPPRA rules.
