Open Tender Notice 59-62/2026 — Procurement & Works (Islamabad)

Head Procurement (PO Box 1482, Islamabad) invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department for supply on FOR Islamabad basis. Single-stage, one-envelope tenders are invited for the following items; tender documents and specifications are available from the undersigned on request.

Key conditions:

- Tender documents and detailed specifications can be obtained from Head Procurement on written request on firm's letterhead along with the bank draft/pay order of the tender fee (in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad).

- Tender fee in CASH will not be accepted.

- Each tender must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.

- Tenders will not be issued to firms who failed to supply stores against past orders. Partial/delayed deliveries may lead to cancellation.

- Any tender received after the specified receiving time/date will not be entertained. Tenders must remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening.

- Payment will be made within 30 days after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations.

- Tender documents can be dispatched against request and bank draft via dak/fax/email. The original bank draft must reach the office one day before the tender opening date. Last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before opening.
