Khyber Pakhtunkhwa C&W — E‑Bidding for Improvement/Widening of Garatai–Lezai Blacktopped Road (District Bajaur)

Issuer: Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, Highway Division Bajaur (Executive Engineer).

Invitation: Single Stage Two Envelope e‑Bidding (E‑PADS) for improvement and widening of Garatai to Lezai Blacktopped Road (total 13 km) in District Bajaur. Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) and Instructions to Bidders are available on the E‑Procurement portal.

Key instructions and conditions:

• Download BSD and instructions from the E‑Procurement portal (E‑PADS).
• Original call deposit for bid security and tender fee (non‑refundable) must be enclosed with the Technical Proposal and reach the office before closing date/time.
• Technical proposals must be uploaded in PDF on E‑PADS. Additionally submit originals (1 original + 1 copy) to the office of the Executive Engineer, Highway Division Bajaur as instructed in the BSD.
• Date of opening of financial bids will be announced after approval of technical bids by the competent authority.
• Submission of forged or misleading documents will result in disqualification and possible legal/financial penalties. All prevailing KPPRA rules apply.
