Eligibility and conditions:
- Bidders must be registered and active taxpayers with applicable tax authorities (NTN & SAD) and have relevant experience and capabilities as per the bidding documents.
- All bidders must submit latest valid certificates of NTN & SPB (as stated in the notice) with the technical proposal. Technical and financial bids must be stamped and signed.
- Firms/bidders must enclose an affidavit on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 500/- stating the firm/bidder has never been blacklisted by any Government/Semi-Government/Private or Public Sector in Pakistan; any existing litigation must be declared with current status.
- Bid security shall be furnished in favour of KARACHI METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY and is acceptable only as Pay Order/Bank draft.
- Tender documents are obtainable during office hours from the Procurement Department on payment of the tender fee or can be downloaded from the KMU official website and SPPRA EPADs. In case of holiday or incident, submission/opening will be held on the next working day per schedule.
- Procurement agency may reject any or all bids per SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2025). All terms and conditions of SPPRA/EPADs apply.
