Gilgit-Baltistan C&W B&R Division Kharmang — Invitation to Bids (Single-Stage, One-Envelope)

Issuing authority: Office of the Executive Engineer, B&R Division, GB-PWD, Kharmang (Gilgit-Baltistan). Procurement under GD PPRA Rule 32(a) — single stage, one envelope.

Bidding documents are obtainable on submission of written application and payment of the non-refundable tender fee via treasury challan (NBP Mehdiabad branch) as listed against each work. Documents may be acquired from the Office of the Executive Engineer, B&R Division Kharmang. Bids must be accompanied by required bid security in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank in Pakistan.

Mandatory conditions and submission requirements (as stated): PEC valid registration; PEC relevant code and category; copy of prospective bidder/firm CNIC; enlistment with procuring agency; affidavit of no blacklisting and no litigation certificate from C&WD; renewal certificate for CFY. Bidding documents will be issued on production of 2% bid security in the name of Executive Engineer B&R C&W Kharmang as CDR from a scheduled bank, plus original CNIC, renewal fee for CFY and original PEC documents.

Performance guarantee: 10% of contract amount from a scheduled bank or insurance company with AA rating. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. In case of firms/companies/JVs, original power of attorney and partnership deed must be provided; JV agreement on proper format signed by all partners and attested by Magistrate (1st class) is mandatory.
