Karachi Water & Sewerage Services Improvement Project (KWSSIP), Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified individual consultants to provide services on short-term contracts. Position (Vacancies)	Key Qualifications & Experience
Data Scientist (Data Visualization Specialist) (01)	Master’s degree (minimum) from an HEC-recognized university in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, AI, IT, Engineering, Economics or related discipline. Minimum 5–10 years relevant professional experience; strong experience in large-scale data analytics and machine-learning projects. Experience with utilities, public-sector organizations, infrastructure agencies or development institutions preferred.
Project Manager (Electro-Mechanical) (01)	Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; Master’s or equivalent in related fields preferred (HEC-recognized). Postgraduate diploma/certificate in project/construction management desirable. Minimum 15 years’ experience on major civil & mechanical works projects; familiarity with FIDIC contracts and MDB-funded projects; strong technical and procurement skills.
Project Manager (Water & Sewerage) (01)	Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; Master’s in Civil/Water & Wastewater/Hydraulic/Construction Management preferred (HEC-recognized). Minimum 15 years’ experience on major civil and mechanical works projects; strong knowledge of MDB-funded projects, project management, contract supervision and safeguards.
Procurement Assistant (01)	Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering/Business/Economics/Finance or Commerce from HEC-recognized university. Minimum 5 years’ experience working on procurements preferably under World Bank or comparable projects; knowledge of international and local procurement processes.
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator (01)	Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy or related quantitative discipline (HEC-recognized). At least 7 years’ relevant experience (minimum 5 years in M&E, results-based management, or project/performance monitoring for large-scale infrastructure or development projects). Experience with large-scale donor-funded projects (preferably World Bank or AIIB), strong data analysis, reporting and dashboard skills; familiarity with GRM, E&S safeguards, GIS and digital data collection is an advantage.
