- Bidders must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bids, along with required documents, must be uploaded only via the Punjab E-Procurement System.
- Bidding will follow the Single-Stage Two-Envelopes procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (rule 38(2)(a)). Electronic bid security must be submitted on the Punjab E-Procurement website before closing date/time.

- Bid validity: 180 days from submission date.
