The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids via EPADS v2.0 from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered contractors (Category C-2 or above) for the construction of Rescue 1122 offices at G-11, I-14/2, I-9 and Model Town Hummak, Islamabad.
Bidding will follow a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bid documents are available on EPADS v2.0; bidders must register on EPADS and submit bids online. Bids must include bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Call Deposit. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Submission deadline: 2026-07-27, 11:30 AM (bid opening 12:00 PM same day).
