Issuer: Office of the Municipal Corporation Sahiwal. The Municipal Corporation invites online bids from registered contractors on an item-rate basis through the PPRA E-Procurement system. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure.
Eligibility & requirements: Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category/grade) and be GST/NTN/PST registered. Contractors/firms must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal (https://epp.ppra.gob.pk/). Earnest money must be uploaded as a CDR equal to 5% of the estimated cost in favour of Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Sahiwal. The original CDR must be submitted to the Municipal Corporation office at least half an hour prior to bid opening; failure to submit original CDR may result in disqualification.
Notes on submission and evaluation: Bids are to be submitted online and response time is calculated from the PPRA publication date. Total bid price will be calculated by multiplying unit rates by BOQ quantities. The Municipal Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
