Open Tender Notice No. 59-62/2026 — Procurement: AP Network, Safety Cabinet, Building Renovation & 400 kVA Generator

Head Procurement, PO Box 1482, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis (registered with Sales Tax Department, having own offices with telephone and fax facilities). Tenders are invited against Tender Notice Nos. 59-62/2026 for supply/works as listed below. Tender fee: Rs. 2,000/- per package. Basis: Single Stage, One Envelope.

Key submission and eligibility details:

• Request tender documents in writing on firm letterhead along with CNIC/paid order of govt. tender fee in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.
• Tender fee in cash will not be accepted.
• Earnest money: 2% earnest money of total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.
• Tender documents will not be issued to firms who could not supply stores against past orders.
• Offers must be signed by the tenderer and submitted in a sealed envelope; the envelope should be super-scribed by tender number and its due date.
• Tenders must remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening.
• Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected.
• Competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations at any stage.
• Tender documents can be dispatched against request and bank draft through dak/fax/email. The original bank draft should be received in this office ONE DAY before opening date of tender.
• Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.
