Lahore General Hospital Tender: Bulk Purchase of Medicines & Medical/Surgical Disposables (June 2026)

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Lahore General Hospital (LGH), Lahore. Invite for framework contracts for bulk purchase of medicines and medical devices / surgical disposable items for the financial year 2026–27 from manufacturers, importers or sole agents of foreign principals with established technical, financial and managerial credentials.

Eligibility & requirements: Manufacturers, importers or sole agents of foreign principals with proven credentials. Bidders must submit original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR / Bank Guarantee / Pay Order / Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan, in favor of Medical Superintendent, Lahore General Hospital.

Submission & procedure: Procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Bidding documents are in English and can be accessed/downloaded via the Punjab e-Procurement / PPRA portal after publication. Bidders are required to participate and submit bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement system; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid validity: 270 days. The procuring procedure is single stage, two envelope; envelopes should be clearly marked "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" and "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" as per the bidding documents.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-15 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent, LGH.
