Tender: Rehabilitation of Noshehro Feroze Campus — Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University

Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University, Shaheed Benazirabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the rehabilitation of Noshehro Feroze Campus. Bidders must follow SPPRA rules and submit bids via the SPPRA e-procurement system (EPADS) by the stated deadline.

Bid documents will be issued/downloaded from the first day of publication up to 2026-06-15 as per SPPRA rules. The bidder shall pay tender fees of Rs. 5,000 via pay order in favor of Security deposit SBBU SBA. Applications along with tender fees and other required documents must be submitted to the Office of the Executive Engineer Works and Services.

Submission / Closing: SPPRA EPADS — 2026-07-01 at 10:30 (bids received after this date/time will be rejected). Opening: 2026-07-01 at 11:00 (Syndicate hall / Office of the Executive Engineer).

Bid security: 5% in shape of demand draft in favor of Security deposit SBBU SBA.

Eligibility: Valid registration in NTN, GST and SRB where applicable; relevant experience of 05 years with a satisfactory letter from concerned department; turnover and other qualification/turnover as mentioned in the bidding documents.

Note: Bidders shall submit bids through EPADS and also submit a hard copy manually. The University reserves the right to curtail/stop/cancel the process at any time with prior notice.
