Tender documents will be issued from the first day of advertisement up to 2026-10-17 at 11:15 AM as per SPPRA rules. Tender fee: Rs. 7,000 per tender (non-refundable) payable via cash deposit in HBL Account or pay order in favor of "PUMHSW OTHER RECEIPTS ACCOUNT". Bidders must submit application with tender fees and required documents to the Office of Deputy Director Purchase, PUMHSW.
Bid submission/closing: EPADS (e-procurement) — 2026-10-17 at 11:15 AM. Bid opening: 2026-10-17 at 12:15 (EPADS / Committee Room of Vice Chancellor, PUMHSW). Only demand drafts in Pakistani Rupees in favor of "Security Deposit PUMHS for Women" will be accepted as bid security.
Eligibility: Valid registration for NTN & GST (for goods) and SRB (for services); minimum three years' experience in the relevant field; turnover as specified in the bid document; fulfilment of mandatory document requirements.
