National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for senior and mid-level positions to support its Inclusive Development and Policy & Product Programs. Appointments are contractual (three years, renewable) and only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.

Minimum ~8 years banking experience with at least 5 years in SME and/or commercial lending and/or agriculture / credit business. | Lead regional managers, relationship managers and agriculture finance officers; develop and implement regional business strategies to grow SME, agriculture and commercial finance; portfolio monitoring and management; credit appraisal and approvals within delegated authority; ensure regulatory compliance (SBP Prudential Regulations); client relationship management; target achievement. Strong leadership, negotiation, team management, presentation and MS Office skills; knowledge of SME/commercial financing products and agri financing preferred. |
| Processing Officer – Policy & Product Programs | OG-II / OG-I | Karachi | Minimum graduation from a recognized university; Master's in Business or related professional certifications (e.g., AIBP, JAIBP) preferred. Minimum ~2 years experience in SME financing and/or commercial lending / product implementation in a commercial bank. | Support development and enhancement of SME financing products, programs and policies; assist in product structuring, pilot implementation and monitoring; research and analyze market trends; prepare policy and product documentation; coordinate with stakeholders for product roll-out. Strong understanding of SME / commercial finance, trade finance, product structuring, banking regulations, market dynamics and MS Office proficiency. |
