Punjab Building Department E-Tender – Improvement/Rehabilitation of ABAD Rest House & Complex, Rawalpindi

Issuer: Punjab Building Department (Building Division No.2, Rawalpindi). E-tenders are invited from eligible engineering firms/contractors for the listed scheme on item-rate basis through the PPRA E-Procurement System.

Key submission & bidding instructions: Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement/PPRA portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Technical and Financial bids are to be uploaded as per PPRA E-Tendering rules. Original Earnest Money (CDR) of 5% of the estimated DNIT cost must be produced to the Executive Engineer Building Division No.2, Rawalpindi/Tender Opening Committee before bid closing. Conditional bids, bids without required earnest money, or bids not complying with documentation requirements will be rejected. Technical bids will be opened online on the specified date/time; financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation.

Last date/time for online submission of Technical & Financial bids: 2026-07-01 up to 11:00 AM.

Opening of Technical Bids (online): 2026-07-01 at 11:30 AM.

Opening of Financial Bids: After 05 days of evaluation of technical bids at 11:30 AM (on portal).
