PPMC Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) — Consultant Pool for Power Planning & Monitoring (Deadline: 2026-07-13)

Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC), the technical and policy support arm of the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) to create a Consultant Pool of experienced professionals for project-specific and advisory roles across power sector planning, development, implementation and performance monitoring.

Scope of assignments includes, but is not limited to: design, standards and material inspection; renewable energy integration, demand-side management (DSM) and distribution/grid modernization; policy, regulatory affairs and market reforms; economics, finance and risk management; and transmission & distribution (T&D) infrastructure planning and operations. Selected consultants will be engaged on an as-needed basis for specific assignments, with payments linked to defined milestones.
