Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Railways invites sealed Requests for Proposal (RFP) from reputed firms/consultants duly registered with Income Tax and on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Third-Party Validation (TPV) services of selected PSDP projects. The engagement will be carried out through the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Interested firms with requisite qualifications and experience are invited to submit Technical and Financial Proposals for one or more projects.
