PCBDDA Pre-Qualification: Independent Auditors for PPP/JV Projects – Deadline 2026-06-29

The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), Government of the Punjab, invites bids from interested consultants for pre-qualification as Independent Auditor (IA) for PPP / JV projects of PCBDDA in accordance with Regulation 60 of the PCBDDA Procurement Regulations, 2024. The objective is to shortlist eligible and experienced consultants to provide consultancy services as Independent Auditors.

Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD) with specifications, criteria, terms and conditions can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate Office of PCBDDA on payment of PKR 25,000 (non-refundable) by pay order / CDR / demand draft in favour of 'Punjab Central Business District Development Authority'. Documents may also be downloaded from the Authority's website.

Interested firms with strong capability and relevant experience in consultancy services are encouraged to submit sealed bids with required documents clearly marked "Prequalification of Independent Auditors" and addressed to the Director Procurement on or before the stated submission deadline. Written queries relating to PQD will be responded to if received up to 5 days before the closing date. Bids received after the closing date and time will be rejected and returned unopened. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
