- Bidding procedure: single-stage two-envelope. Technical bids will be opened first; only technically responsive bidders will have their financial bids opened.
- Bid security: to be submitted as a Bank Guarantee / CDR uploaded on E-PADS (soft copy) and original hard copy delivered to the office before bid closing; amount shown equals 5% of the estimated cost (as per the notice).
