Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency (PHATA), 145-146 Rewaz Garden, Lahore invites bids from contractors/firms registered on E-PADS and registered with FBR & PRA (active tax filers NTN & PNTN) for rehabilitation works. Single-stage, two-envelope bidding will be adopted. Bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement system (E-PADS). Technical bids will be opened on the same day. Bid security (5% of the estimated cost) in the form of a Bank Guarantee / CDR valid for the bid validity period + 20 days must be uploaded on E-PADS and the original hard copy submitted to the office before bid submission closing time.
Key conditions: contractors must be registered on E-PADS, meet PRA/FBR requirements, and follow Punjab Procurement Rules and PHATA instructions.
