Sealed tenders are invited from original manufacturers or registered contractors who are registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for supply of mechanical transport spares, tyres, batteries, fire control instrument spares and jammer spares.

Submission & opening schedule: Sealed tenders must reach Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South), Turbat by 2026-07-06 before 10:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened on 2026-07-06 at 10:30 AM and financial proposals on 2026-07-06 at 12:30 PM at the same venue. Bidders or their representatives may attend the opening.

Bid security & payment: Bids must be accompanied by 5% bid security in the form of Call Deposit / Bank Draft / Pay Order in the name of Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South), Turbat. Bank cheques and cash deposits will not be accepted. No electronic bids will be accepted.

Eligibility & conditions: Firms must be NON-BLACKLISTED, provide a fresh bank statement and comply with tax registration requirements. Rates quoted will be valid until 2027-06-30. Supply orders will be issued on a need basis in financial year 2026/27 and supplied within one month from issue of supply order. Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South) Turbat reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
