Punjab Life Invitation to Bid — Postpaid SMS & WhatsApp Broadcasting Services

Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC) invites applications/proposals from firms for procurement of postpaid SMS and WhatsApp message broadcasting rates. Bidders must be duly registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and all other relevant regulatory authorities for provision of the required services. Procurement will be conducted through the EPADS portal and hard copy submissions in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules under the Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure.

Bid documents and complete scope of work are available for download on the EPADS portal. Vendors are required to upload scanned copies of both the Bid Security and the Bid Proposal on the EPADS portal. In addition, hard copies of the Bid Security and the Bid Proposal, duly signed and stamped, must be dispatched and received by the Procurement Department, Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited, Pakistan Engineering Congress Building, 1st Floor, Plot No. 97-A/D, Liberty Market, Gulberg III, Lahore, well before the bid submission deadline.
