Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Islamabad-Rawalpindi, Tech & Chief Engineer Branch (DHAI-R), invites sealed "Single Stage Two Envelope" bids from PEC and DHA registered contractors/firms in Category C-1 and above with specialization CE-01 & CE-10 for the turnkey rehabilitation of the DHA Expressway.
Project summary: Design and construction of a 7.5 km long, 150 ft wide, 6-lane DHA Expressway on a turnkey basis, including assessment of existing pavement and damaged portions, design and design vetting (in consultation with DHA Authority), road rehabilitation, recarpeting, hydrology and drainage works, road furniture, stormwater/drainage structures, landscaping/horticulture, rain harvesting and a water supply system for the road median, road markings, signage, safety barriers, traffic signals, expressway gate and related works.
