How to apply and important conditions:

- Submit e-bids through the E-PAD system in accordance with KPPRA rules and referenced KPPRA notification. Electronic submission must include details of bid security (CDR) showing bank name, CDR number(s) and date(s).
- Successful bidder must provide a Performance Guarantee from a scheduled bank equal to 10% of the bid cost.
- Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority where applicable.
- The contractor must maintain and be prepared to supply the required machinery listed by the Division (examples include excavators, tractors with trolleys, front shovels, etc.) when directed during emergencies.
