All interested applicants must register on EPADS to be eligible. PQ proposals prepared according to the Pre-Qualification document must be submitted on EPADS by the stated deadline. Proposals received through any other mode shall not be considered. If the last date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
