E-Tender: Supply of Lab Kits & Chemicals for Pathology Lab — Allied Hospital-11, Faisalabad

Medical Superintendent, Allied Hospital-11 (DHQ Hospital Faisalabad) invites e-tenders for procurement of laboratory kits and chemicals for the Pathology Department. Procurement will follow Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 and relevant government instructions. Bidding documents will be available on E-PADs and the PPRA website after publication.

Key submission and procedure details:

- Bidding documents/specifications must be downloaded from the PPRA website and E-PADS.
- Bids will be received until 11:00 AM on 2026-07-20 and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of Allied Hospital (DHQ) Faisalabad in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
- A bid security not exceeding five percent of the estimated price is required. Additionally a 2% bid security in the shape of an irrevocable Bank Guarantee or CDR from a scheduled bank in the name of Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Faisalabad must be attached with the bid; otherwise the tender will be rejected.
- Single-stage, two-envelope procedure: Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted in separate envelopes clearly marked "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" and "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL". Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bids will be returned unopened.
- All bids must be tape- or ring-bound (loose papers will be rejected). Each page of the bidding document must be signed and stamped by an authorized person.

- Pre-bid conference: 2026-07-11 at 12:00 noon in the Committee Room of Allied Hospital-11.
- Deadline to submit written queries: 2026-07-09 by 11:00 AM (queries will be entertained up to 12:00 noon on 2026-07-09).
