E-Tender: Transport Hiring for Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School (Boys), Gujrat — Bids Due 2026-07-11

Issuer: Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School (Boys), Labour Colony, Bhimber Road, Gujrat (under Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, Labour & Human Resource Department).

Purpose: E-tender for hiring transport services to provide pick-and-drop facilities to students for two academic years (2026-27 & 2027-28).

• Opening of Financial Bids: 2026-07-22 at 11:00 a.m.

How to apply: Bids must be submitted online via PPRA / Punjab e-procurement portals (EPADS). Interested bidders must register on EPADS to be eligible. Manual bids will not be accepted.

Important conditions (summary):

• Bidding documents with terms & conditions and required vehicle numbers are available free on EPADS and PPRA websites.
• Procurement will be carried out through the “E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS)” of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
• Vehicles of model 2015 or later will be acceptable (documentary evidence required).
• One student one seat rule will be observed.
• Bidders must submit earnest money as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the estimated contract cost in favour of the Principal, Workers Welfare School Boys Gujrat. The original physical CDR must be submitted to the school office before closing time of e-bid submission; failure to submit will result in immediate rejection of the technical bid.
• Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure will be followed. Technical and financial bids should be complete, duly signed, stamped, and uploaded on E-PADS by the stated deadline. Incomplete or unsigned bids or submissions via other than EPADS will not be considered.
• Participating firms must obtain at least 70% marks as per technical evaluation criteria. Successful bidder will submit Performance Guarantee in the shape of CDR @5% of the contract amount prior to signing of the contract.
