Pakistan Navy CMES (Navy) — Prequalification Notice for Repair & Miscellaneous Works at Islamabad and Lahore

Issuer: CMES (Navy) Isld/Lhr (Pakistan Navy Military Engineer Services). Applications with full credentials are invited for prequalification of firms/contractors for issue of tenders for various civil/repair works at Islamabad and Lahore under CMES (Navy) in accordance with Clauses 13, 15 & 16 of PPRA Rules-2004.

Eligibility & key requirements:

- Firms enlisted with MES in category 'D' or higher OR firms enlisted with other government departments with relevant experience may apply.
- Applicants must submit details of similar works executed in the last two years and works in hand, sponsoring agency/client, amount of work (Rs. in million), completion period (months), date of physical completion, percentage progress of works in hand and performance reports by sponsoring agency/client.
- Contractors must also furnish list of movable & immovable assets, personnel (skilled/unskilled), machinery/equipment, bank statements, GST registration, NTN certificate, etc.
- Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (renewal of registration for the year 2026) to be considered for issuance of tender documents.

How to obtain and submit documents:

Pre-qualification documents can be obtained from CMES (N) Isld/Lhr, Sector E-8, Islamabad. Completed applications/tenders are to be received at the same office.

Deadline & opening:

- Submission deadline: 2026-07-09 by 11:30 hours.
- Tender opening: 2026-07-09 at 12:00 hours (same day).
- Tenders will be scrutinized and issued only to pre-qualified firms. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any/all applications as per PPRA rules.
