Kharian Cantt Board Tender: Filtration Plant & Sports Ground Improvements — Bids Due 2026-07-13

Military Lands & Cantonments Department — Kharian Cantonment Board invites sealed tenders for civil works at Kharian Cantt. Two separate packages are advertised with estimated costs and standard PPRA bidding conditions.

Key submission & bidding information:

- Bidding documents fee: Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable). Online access and documents also available from the Cantt Board Kharian website (khariancantt.com).

- Earnest Money / Bid Security: 2% of the estimated cost must accompany the bid as a Call Deposit in the name of Cantonment Board Kharian, deposited at a scheduled bank.

- Submission method: Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure. Envelope 1 (Technical Bid) must contain the "Technical Proposal" and required documents; Envelope 2 (Financial Bid) must contain the "Financial Proposal" in a single sealed envelope addressed to the Cantonment Board Kharian and submitted before the tender closing time.

- Technical bids must be submitted by 2026-07-13 at 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day. Financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened on 2026-07-13 at 12:00 PM.

- Performance guarantee and other conditions will be applied as per PPRA Rules and tender documents. Note: If quoted rates are 10% below or more than MES Schedule of Rates, the maximum amount of performance guarantee shall remain fixed at 10% of the Engineer's Estimated Cost.
