Issuer: Pakistan Navy — Military Engineer Services (CMES) (N) ISLD/LHR. CMES invites applications with credentials for prequalification of firms/contractors for the issue of tenders under CMES (Navy) Isld/Lhr/Islamabad in accordance with Clause-13, 15 and 16 of PPRA Rules-2004.
Scope: Prequalification is sought for multiple civil works packages (Islamabad and Lahore). Firms enlisted with MES in category 'D' or higher or firms from other government departments with relevant experience may apply. Applicants failing to provide required information/documents will not be considered.

Prequalification/Application requirements:
- Completed prequalification formats detailing similar works executed in last two years and works in hand, sponsoring agency/client, contract amount (in Rupees million), completion period (months), date of physical completion, percentage progress for works in hand, and performance report by sponsoring agency/client.
- Furnish list of moveable & immoveable assets, personnel (skilled/unskilled), machinery/equipment, bank statement, GST registration, NTN certificate.
- Firms/contractors not registered with Pakistan Engineering Council must provide PEC renewal of registration for the year 2026 (renewal required for issuance of tender documents).

- Completed tenders must be received in CMES (N) Isld/Lhr, Sector E-8, Islamabad.

- Submission deadline: 2026-07-09 by 11:30 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours.

- The Accepting Officer reserves the right to reject any or all applications in light of Para-33 of PPRA Rules-2004. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
