MEPCO Chief Supply Chain Management Officer (1-yr Contract) — MEPCO Headquarters Multan

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites applications for the senior position of Chief Supply Chain Management Officer at MEPCO Headquarters, Multan. This is a contractual leadership role to develop and manage MEPCO's supply chain and procurement systems in line with PRR & MEPCO practices.

Key responsibilities include developing MEPCO supply chain strategy aligned with organizational vision and Board/CEO guidance; managing procurement teams and processes per PPR/MEPCO procurement practices; leading procurement tasks for equipment, supplies and services; managing teams responsible for logistics, stores and distribution; ensuring effective ERP use for supply chain execution; coordinating with departments to optimize supply chain and procurement functions; and updating supply chain framework in line with internal and external (macro-economic) requirements.

Qualification & Experience: Minimum 16-years education (Master's preferred) in Supply Chain or relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution. Certifications/courses in supply chain management from reputed institutions are desirable. Minimum ten (10) years of relevant professional experience, including at least two (2) years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Department or equivalent) in a large-scale public sector, national, multinational or corporate organization. Experience with procurement systems, PPR rules and public sector procurement practices will be an advantage.
