MEPCO Career Opportunity — Chief Supply Chain Management Officer (MEPCO Headquarters, Multan)

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites applications for the senior post of Chief Supply Chain Management Officer based at MEPCO Headquarters, Multan. This is a contractual executive appointment to lead MEPCO’s procurement, supply chain and logistics functions and ensure compliance with company and PR&PRA rules.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement MEPCO’s supply chain strategy aligned with organizational vision and CEO/Board direction; manage procurement teams and supplier/contracts in line with PR&PRA rules and MEPCO procedures; lead procurement for equipment, supplies and services; manage teams responsible for materials, stores and logistics; ensure efficient distribution and support for field operations; drive ERP-based supply chain execution; coordinate with other departments and periodically review the supply chain framework against internal and external dynamics.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 16 years of education (Master’s preferred) in Supply Chain or related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Certifications/courses in supply chain management from reputable institutions are advantageous.
- Minimum ten (10) years of relevant professional experience, including at least two (2) years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Department) in a large-scale public sector, national, multinational or corporate organization. Experience should demonstrate strategic leadership and ability to manage complex supply chain functions.

- Candidate must be a Pakistani citizen.
- Selected candidate will be contractual, non-pensionable and not entitled to permanent status merely by appointment.
