LESCO Invitation for Bids — Procurement of 11kV & 132kV Capacitor Cells (ADB-Financed)

Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) — Project Management Unit (PMU). Loan/Grant: ADB Loan 4567-PAK for the Power Distribution Strengthening Project. Contract: ADB-IV-G-R1-LESCO-2026 (Lot-6) — Procurement of 132kV STG Material (11kV & 132kV Capacitor Cells).

LESCO invites sealed bids from eligible bidders from ADB member countries under ADB's Single-Stage: One-Envelope procurement procedure. Bidders must meet the qualifications in the bidding document, including at least five (05) years of design/manufacturing experience or demonstrated manufacture and supply of similar goods. Bidders should have satisfactory manufacturing capacity and financial standing with audited financial statements for the last three (03) years.

How to obtain bidding documents: Purchase the Bidding Documents in English from LESCO PMU by paying a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 (or USD equivalent) by cashier's cheque, pay order or demand draft in favor of Chief Executive Officer, LESCO. Documents may be collected in person or sent by courier/airmail on payment of additional charges (document states extra charges for domestic and overseas delivery).

Bid security and other requirements: Bidders must provide Bid Security and other documents as specified in the Bidding Document. Bidders must submit required eligibility, technical and financial information as described in the bidding documents.

Submission and opening: Submit sealed bids to the address below. Deadline for submission: 2026-08-17 at 11:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time. Bids will be opened promptly after the deadline in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected.
