SECP Invitation to Bid for All-in-One Desktops and Laptops — Closing 2026-07-14

Issuer: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The SECP invites bids from authorized dealers/distributors/partners/resellers based in Pakistan who are registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (Income and Sales Tax) for procurement of IT equipment.

How to obtain bidding documents: Detailed bidding documents, terms and conditions, procurement procedure, bid security, bid validity, method of submission, opening of bids, evaluation criteria and clarification/rejection conditions are available free of cost for interested bidders and can be downloaded from https://eprocure.gop.pk or https://www.secp.gov.pk/procurement/.

Submission method and deadline: Bids must be submitted ONLY through PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) on or before 14 July 2026 by 14:30 hrs. Bids will be opened the same day at 15:00 hrs.
