EPAD Tender — Supply & Installation of Road Solar Lights in Mardan (Estimated PKR 50.00M) — Deadline 2026-07-21

Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA), Mardan invites sealed bids through the EPAD (e-procurement) system for development schemes on a single-stage single-envelope basis (Above / Below / At par). Only approved & registered government contractors/firms with valid registrations/licenses may apply.

How to obtain documents & submit: Tender documents can be downloaded from the EPADS e-procurement website (eprocure.gov.pk) after NIT publication. Sealed bids must arrive on or before 21-07-2026 up to 11:30 AM and will be opened on the same date at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Eligibility & mandatory requirements: Firms must be registered with PEC, KPPRA, LCB/LGE & RDD, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and have renewed licenses for the current financial year. The firm/contractor must possess the following specialized PEC codes in their PEC registration: EE-11 (i), EE-11 (ii), EE-11 (iii), EE-11 (iv), EE-11 (xxv). Bid security and additional security must be submitted in accordance with KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O (14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10.05.2022.

Required submission documents: Original CDR (earnest money/additional security) and other specified documents such as detailed rate analysis, affidavit, fresh registration where applicable, KP Revenue Authority registration, NTN/Income Tax certificate and contractor/owner CNIC must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the TMO, TMA Mardan.
