SECP Tender: Procurement of All-in-One Desktops and Laptops — Bid Submission by 2026-07-14

Issuer: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The SECP invites sealed bids through PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from authorized service providers, principal's authorized dealers/distributors/partners/resellers based in Pakistan, registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and who are active taxpayers (income and sales tax).

Scope: Procurement of All-in-One (AIO) desktop units and procurement of laptop machines. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, procurement procedure, bid security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria and clarification/rejection rules are available for interested bidders free of cost and can be downloaded from the e-procurement portal or the SECP procurement page.

Submission details: Bids must be prepared in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents and submitted ONLY through EPADS on or before 14 July 2026 by 14:30 hrs. Bids will be opened the same day at 15:00 hrs. In case of technical difficulty using EPADS, prospective bidders may contact PPRA via https://www.ppra.org.pk/.
