SECP Invitation to Bid: Procurement of All-in-One Desktops & Laptops (T#25/25-26) – Submit by 2026-07-14

Issuer: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). SECP invites bids through PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from authorized service providers/principals/distributors/partners/resellers based in Pakistan who are registered with the Federal Board of Revenue/Respective Revenue Boards for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayers List.

Bid documents containing detailed terms and conditions, procurement procedure, submission requirements (bid bond/security, bid validity, bid opening, bid evaluation criteria, clarification/rejection of bids, etc.) and the schedule are available for interested bidders free of cost and can be downloaded from https://eprocure.gov.pk/ or https://www.secp.gov.pk/procurement/. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents and submitted ONLY through EPADS.

Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 14 July 2026 at 14:30 Hrs. Bids will be opened the same day at 15:00 Hrs. In case of technical difficulty using EPADS, prospective bidders may contact PPRA at https://www.ppra.org.pk/.
