Pakistan Navy CMES (N) Islamabad/Lahore — Notice of Tender for Civil Works at E-8 Islamabad & Lahore

Pakistan Navy, Military Engineer Services (CMES (N) ISLD/LHR) invites prequalification applications from firms/contractors for issuance of tenders for civil works under CMES (N) ISLD/LHR Islamabad in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004.

Tender packages / Works:

Eligibility & key conditions: Firms/contractors enlisted with MES in category 'D' or higher OR contractors from other government departments with relevant experience may apply. Applicants must submit complete prequalification information/documents; incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Required information / documents: Description of similar nature of works executed during the last two years and in hand; sponsoring agency/client; amount of work (Rupees in million); completion period (months); date of physical completion; percentage progress of work in hand; performance report on each work by the sponsoring agency/client. Additionally, furnish list of moveable & immovable assets, personnel (skilled/unskilled), machinery/equipment, bank statement, General Sales Tax (GST) registration, NTN certificate. Firms not registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) must renew PEC registration for the year 2026 or they will not be considered for issuance of tender documents.

Pre-qualification & tender documents: Pre-qualification documents can be obtained from CMES (N) Isl/Lhr, Sector E-8 Islamabad. Applications will be scrutinized and tenders will be issued to the pre-qualified firms/contractors only.

Submission & opening: Prequalification applications/tenders must be received at CMES (N) Isl/Lhr Sector E-8 Islamabad by 11:30 hours on 2026-07-09. Tenders will be opened on the same date at 12:00 hours.
