Pakistan Navy CMES (Navy) Islamabad — Prequalification Notice for Civil & Misc Works (E-8 Islamabad, Lahore)

Issuing authority: Chief Military Engineer Services (CMES) (Navy) ISLD/LHR, Pakistan Navy. Purpose: Prequalification of firms/contractors for issuance of tenders for civil and miscellaneous works in Islamabad and Lahore under CMES (Navy).

Prequalification is invited for the following works:

Eligibility and required documents:

• Firms enlisted with MES in category 'D' or higher OR firms enlisted with other government departments with relevant experience may apply.
• Complete prequalification information must be provided; applications lacking required information/documents will not be considered.
• Applicants must submit a detailed list of similar works executed in the last two years and ongoing works, including sponsoring agency/client, contract amount (Rupees in million), completion period (months), physical completion date, percentage progress, and performance report from the sponsoring agency/client.
• Also provide list of movable & immovable assets, skilled/unskilled personnel, machinery/equipment, bank statements, GST registration, NTN certificate, and PEC registration/renewal as applicable.

How to obtain documents and submission:

• Pre-qualification documents can be obtained from CMES (N) ISLD/LHR, Sector E-8, Islamabad.
• Completed applications/tenders must be received in CMES (N) ISLD/LHR, Sector E-8, Islamabad by 11:30 hours on 2026-07-09. Tender opening will be at 12:00 hours on the same day.

Notes: Firms/contractors not meeting PEC registration requirements or other stated conditions will not be considered for issuance of tender documents. The accepting officer reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per PPRA rules.
