Procuring Agency: Head Procurement (P.O. Box 1482), Islamabad. Invitation for bids from qualified EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) contractors for the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of a GMP compliant sterile production area on a turnkey basis. Bidders must be DRAP-compliant where applicable, registered with the Sales Tax Department, have their own offices with telephone and fax facilities, and provide proforma invoices for foreign equipment (FE) components. The procuring agency will open LC and import FE components; customs clearance and inland transportation will be the buyer's responsibility. Bidders must quote separate prices for FE components and provide proforma invoices of the principal.

Key conditions and submission instructions:
- Tender documents and detailed specifications (terms & conditions) can be obtained by a written request on firm letter-head with the back of a bank draft/pay order of the given tender fee in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.
- Tender fee in CASH will not be accepted. Original bank draft must reach the office ONE DAY before the opening date. Tender documents will be issued up to ONE DAY before the opening date.
- Tender/quotation must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.
- Tenders received after the opening time/date or with cutting/overwriting will be rejected. Tender validity is 60 days from the date of opening. Late/delayed bids will not be entertained.
- Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders or items.
- Pre-visit of any already constructed/planned clean room area is welcomed prior to technical submission.
