Dr. Ruth K.M. Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi (Government of Sindh, Health Department) invites electronic bids through the EPADS system for supply of various items for the financial year 2026-27 under the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure. Eligible Suppliers / Firms / Manufacturers / Importers / Authorized Distributors on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR / SRB may participate. Bids must be submitted on EPADS only; bidders should register on the EPAD/EPADS portal prior to submission.
Key instructions: Bid security is 2.5% of the total quoted price for each lot. Bidding document cost is Rs. 5,000 per tender. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS only. Original instrument of bid security must be submitted as per bid document and will be opened in the Office of the Medical Superintendent, 2nd Floor, Board Room, Dr. Ruth K.M.
