State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (through PrimeHR) invites applications for two contractual Media & Communication positions to be posted at the Principal Office in Karachi. Appointments are contract-based and extendable subject to review of performance. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Female candidates are encouraged to apply. Position	Key Responsibilities	Qualification & Experience
Manager Corporate Communications (Position-01)	Develop and execute integrated marketing & communication strategies (internal, external, digital). Lead corporate advertising, public relations, press releases, media relations and stakeholder engagement. Support leadership positioning, speeches and strategic narratives; coordinate marketing, digital and business units for unified campaigns. Oversee ESG communications, reporting alignment and manage agencies/vendors to ensure consistent corporate messaging.	Minimum 16 years of education: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing & Media Sciences, Business Communications, Business Administration or equivalent (HEC-recognized). Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in corporate communications, media relations and reputation management. Strong writing, stakeholder management, strategic communications and crisis communications skills.
Manager Digital Platforms & Social Media (Position-01)	Lead strategy and management of corporate website, mobile applications and social media platforms. Drive digital customer journeys, accessibility, usability and omnichannel service delivery (web, mobile, email, app notifications). Coordinate with IT and business teams for platform performance, security and scalability; use analytics/SEO to optimize UX, engagement and conversion. Identify and implement digital tools, content governance and platform improvements to meet business objectives.	Minimum 16 years of education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business, Communications or related discipline (HEC-recognized). Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience managing websites, apps or digital ecosystems, with strong understanding of UX/UI, analytics and project management. Experience with enterprise or large-scale customer platforms preferred.

Age: Candidates preferably not more than 45 years of age.
