Open Tender No. 37/2026 — Design, Supply & Construction of GMP-Compliant Sterile Production Area (Islamabad)

Head Procurement invites bids from qualified EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) contractors for the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of a GMP-compliant sterile production/clean room facility in Islamabad in accordance with DRAP regulatory requirements. Bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and provide proforma invoices for imported FE components. Procuring agency will establish LC and import FE components; customs clearance and inland transportation are the responsibility of the buyer.

Important instructions: Tender documents and detailed specifications along with terms & conditions can be obtained on written request from the office against the specified bank draft/pay order in the name of Director Finance. Tender documents will not be issued to firms that cannot supply stores against orders in parts. Original bank draft must be received in the office one day before the opening date. Tender/caution money must accompany the bid. Late tenders and tenders received after opening time will not be entertained. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. Pre-visit of already constructed/available planned clean room area is welcomed prior to technical submission.
