MEPCO Career Opportunity — Chief Supply Chain Management Officer (MEPCO Headquarters, Multan)

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites applications for the position of Chief Supply Chain Management Officer based at MEPCO Headquarters, Multan. This is a senior executive role reporting to the CEO/Board of Directors on a 3-year contract (extendable one time on performance), with a market-based remuneration package.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop MEPCO supply chain strategy aligned with organizational vision, strategic goals and Board directives.
• Manage procurement teams to perform duties per PPR Rules and MEPCO procurement practices.
• Lead procurement teams for equipment, supplies and services necessary for MEPCO operations.
• Manage inventory, control logistics and ensure efficient and cost-effective distribution of equipment and supplies to MEPCO departments.
• Ensure effective utilization of the ERP system for optimal supply chain execution and coordinate with other departments to maximize effectiveness of supply chain and procurement functions.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 16 years of education; Master’s degree preferred in Supply Chain from a local/foreign university recognized by HEC.
• Relevant certifications/courses in supply chain management from reputable national/international institutions will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Department) in a large-scale public sector, national/international commercial, multinational or large private-sector organization.
• Proven leadership, strategic and operational supply chain expertise for large organizations.
