Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites applications for the position of Company Secretary to report directly to the Board of Directors and support corporate governance, board procedures and compliance.

Company Secretary	Member of a recognized body of professional accountants with minimum relevant experience as Company Secretary in a reputable company; or Member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries with minimum 3 years relevant experience as Company Secretary in a reputable company; or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce or Law from an HEC-recognized university with at least five years' relevant experience in a reputable company. Candidate should have knowledge of corporate governance rules, compliance requirements, board-level interaction, strong business acumen, judgment and excellent minute-writing and communication skills.	Market-based competitive salary package. Initial contract for three years, extendable on satisfactory performance. First performance review after six months.
