Punjab Life Insurance Company Ltd. (PLIC) invites sealed/electronically submitted proposals from registered firms for the procurement of postpaid SMS and WhatsApp message broadcasting rates under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) single envelope procedure.

Eligibility: Firms must be duly registered with the Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department and other relevant regulatory authorities/departments for provision of required services. Bidders are required to submit bids through the EPADS portal; hard copies may also be submitted in accordance with PPRA rules.
Bid documents containing the complete scope of work can be downloaded from EPADS. Bid Security and the Bid Proposal must be uploaded on EPADS. Additionally, hard copies of Bid Security and Bid Proposal (duly signed and stamped) must be dispatched and received by the Procurement Department, Punjab Life Insurance Company (PLIC) at the address below well before the bid submission deadline.
