Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC) invites bids for procurement of postpaid SMS (transactional with masking code) and WhatsApp (masked name) message broadcasting rates under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) single-stage, single-envelope procedure.

Eligibility: Bidders must be duly registered with the Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department and other relevant regulatory authorities. Bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal or as hard copy in accordance with PPR Authority rules.
How to apply/bid: Bid documents and complete scope of work can be downloaded from the EPADS portal. Vendors must upload scanned copies of both the Bid Security and the Bid Proposal on EPADS. Additionally, hard copies of the Bid Security and Bid Proposal, duly signed and stamped, must be dispatched and received by the Procurement Department before the submission deadline.
